Hi, I'm Adrian

Thanks so much for visiting my site.​ Your wedding day is your story; the first day of a new chapter in your lives and I would love to work with you to make it one you want to tell again and again.

Born and bred in East Sussex, I moved to the North East in the year 2000 and am proud to now call South Shields my adopted home. I'm married to Dianne (who frequently helps as my lighting assistant) and have two daughters. When I'm not working, you may spot me treading the boards in local theatres or enjoying quality time with my Grandsons.

I photographed my first wedding in 2009, having previously spent a number of years photographing the beautiful scenery around the region. For many years, I photographed weddings alongside my 30 year career in the fire service; the weddings were a great way of applying my creative side and have fun with my couples, and their guests whilst capturing their special day. Since retiring from the fire service I have moved to photographing weddings full time and with hundreds of weddings under my belt I am prepared for anything and everything that a wedding day can throw at me.

My reputation as a wedding photographer has been built upon the personal service that I provide to each and every couple that I work with and I pride myself on being a photographer that couples choose when they want to spend their wedding day having the best time of their lives, rather than spending hours posing for pictures. I love to mix with your guests and help create a fun and lighthearted atmosphere that helps get relaxed and natural photographs (even the formal family shots you may wish to have) that perfectly reflect the mood of your wedding day.

Throughout your wedding you will find me constantly looking for those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to capture memories that you will treasure for ever; whether this be quiet, intimate moments with loved ones or planning and preparing for stunning portraits.

Since starting photographing weddings  I have captured special moments; documenting hundreds of weddings across Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, Durham, the Lake District and the home counties as well as abroad.
